Description
Baria, South Vietnam. 1968-06. Captain Arthur Schaschke of Wacol, Qld, checks work being carried out by Vietnamese workers on the science and library block at the Baria High School in Phuoc Tuy Province. The project was financed by the Australian-Vietnamese Civil Aid Project, a Queensland organisation. The construction of the block was being supervised by members of the 1st Australian Civil Affairs Unit. Three classrooms built by the unit were already being used by the Vietnamese students.
