El Dabaa, Egypt, 1916-01. A great quantity of Christmas billies, boxes and tinned foods, gifts of the Australian Comforts Fund, is set out on the ground in front of members of the 1st Divisional Train, Australian Army Service Corps (AASC), part of the West Frontier Force, who are lined up on parade. The gifts are being presented to the soldiers by the Hon. Thomas Henley MLA (not in view), an official representative of the Fund.
