Studio portrait of 3719 Private Ralph Sylvester Scobie, 54th Battalion (left) and 3688 Private Clement Vincent (Charlie) O'Brien, 54th Battalion, at the Codford training camp prior to departure for France. Private O'Brien was killed in action during the Battle of the Somme on 31 August 1918. (Original housed in AWM Archive Store)
