Description
A flyover during the Armistice (Remembrance) Day parade. Visible on the ground are the Officers Club (lower right), Senior Officers Quarters (lower left), the Pool and Female Quarters (middle), the Contingent Clubs and Quarters (top left), and beyond the wire is the remains of an Israeli Airfield called Eitam. Taken from Iroquois helicopter 0-60809 (US Army aircraft on hire to New Zealand) with crew Flight Lieutenant Fitzgerald, Royal New Zealand Air Force (RNZAF), Flight Lieutenant Watson RAAF, and Warrant Officer Aldridge. They are serving in the Sinai with the Multinational Force and Observers (MFO).
