A 75 mm gun position and buildings held by ELAS left-wing partisans going up in smoke after receiving direct hits from rocket-firing Beaufighter aircraft of the Balkan Air Force. The buildings collapsed under the impact of the rockets and one of the attacking aircraft was hit by debris 600 feet above the ground.
