Collection relating to the Second World War service of VX34 Major Henry Charles David Marshall, DSO, ED and bar, 2/7 Infantry Battalion, 1939-1945.
Wallet 2 of 5 – Booklet 8 (pp. 253-300) - The booklet covers the period when Marshall was in Egypt and Greece in early 1941 with the 2/7 Infantry Battalion. The first pages cover the short period when the battalion was in Ikingi Maryut, Egypt. The remaining pages recount the operations and movements of the 2/7 Infantry Battalion in Greece. The booklet includes three photographs of unidentified people.
