Description
Interview with Theo 'Tip' Carty who served with the North Australia Observer Unit or Nackeroos as they called themselves. He discusses the role of the Nackeroos, how and where they survived, the chances of a Japanese invasion and how the Japanese would have found the country if they had invaded. He tells a number of stories about crocodiles and also comments on the effects of isolation.
