Description
Short poem about the landing at Gallipoli from the point of view of members of the 18th Battalion, also mentions the transport of the unit on the `Ceramic'. The poem was told to Andrea Clarke (assisted with the donation) by Victor Breed (then 92 years old) at Yerong Creek in 1984. He said a mate had written it on Gallipoli and then given a copy to Mr Breed a few days after Courtney's Post operation.
