Autobiography, including service in RAN with HMAS Shropshire during WW2. Discusses training, refitting of Shropshire including anti-aircraft radar, active service in waters off New Guinea and Philippines, including Battle of Leyte Gulf and Lingayen Gulf, operations off Borneo, Japanese kamikaze attacks, and finally demobilisation.
