Sig Weller recalls: "During my 2 week stint of duty at the 110 Signal Squadron’s Communications Centre in the rear of the Free World Building, Saigon, I lived in The Canberra, Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) building that faced a main road. A sad reality of this location was the number of funerals that went past the building on their way to a nearby cemetery. Every funeral seemed to have a band of some description as a part of the cortège, so there was some warning that one was approaching the building."
