Studio portrait of 1467 Trooper (Tpr) Michael Tuckey (seated) with Jack Randall, both of the 1st Australian Light Horse Regiment. A boundary rider from Turill, NSW, Tpr Tuckey enlisted in July 1915 and embarked with the 1st Light Horse Regiment, 11th Reinforcements, later that year. Tpr Tuckey was killed in action on 4 August 1916 during the battle of Romani. Unable to identify Jack Randall from biographical rolls.
