Collection relating to Harry Oakley Mee, formerly PM2539 Able Seaman Harry Oakley Mee, prisoner of war in the Second World War.
Wallet 1 of 1 - Consists of a handwritten letter by Ernest Edward "Weary" Dunlop to Mee in November 1980. Dunlop expresses that he is pleased to hear of the good report about Dot [Mee's wife] and bids love to both of them. Also a HMAS Perth Survivors Association card for Harry Mee; ex HMAS Perth Association Police card (blank) in envelope; blank postcard 'HMAS Perth'; photocopy of newspaper cutting - David Mee with parents and newspaper cutting 'HMAS Perth on patrol in the Mediterranean'.
