This file contains letters and telegrams written between 4 November 1915 and 13 February 1917 about the evacuation from ANZAC Cove and Suvla. The correspondence in this file includes plans for the evacuation and reports written after it was completed. This file was part of Item 1 on Field Marshal Lord William Birdwood's list of files submitted as evidence to the Dardanelles Commission. This original list can be found in 3DRL/3376 11/15 File 1.
