Description
Collection relating to T/67909 Driver Samuel Robert Mace, POW (No. 3369), British Army. One notebook containing poems; loose papers from the British Red Cross Society re personal parcels sent; and notice re POW status from RASC Record Office. Mace spent approximately two years as a POW, with at least some time in Stalag XVIII-A in Austria. Also includes copy of a photograph of Samuel Robert Mace and Edna May Mace, taken during wartime.
