Studio potrrait of 3112 (3112A) Private (Pte) Reginald Lincoln Twyford Jones, 18th Battalion, of North Sydney, NSW. A clerk prior to enlistment he embarked from Sydney with rank of Acting Corporal with the 7th Reinforcements aboard HMAT Suevic (A29) on 6 August 1915. He later transferred to the 3rd Battalion. Pte Jones was killed in action on 23 July 1916, aged 22. He is buried at the Pozieres British Cemetery, Ovillers-La-Boisselle, France.
