Description
Embroidered silk postcard made in France during the First World War. This postcard, an envelope design, features bunting made from the Red Ensign, Italian, French, American and Russian flags. It also features shields made from the Belgian and Portuguese flags with purple flowers. A small card insert has an illustration of two birds with pink flowers and the message "A Kiss from France".
