Description
Souvenir program for a reception held after the First World War. This program is for a reception concert held at 8pm on Wednesday 14 May 1919 in St Kilda Town Hall. The reception was organised to welcome home soldiers from St Kilda who had left Australia on active service in 1914. The program for the evening featured instrumentals, vocal performances, recitations and comedy. Presentations were made to ninety St Kilda servicemen returning from the war at 9pm by the Mayor of St Kilda, Councillor A Sculthorpe.
