O33821 Sergeant Ian Rew Cranston RAAF receiving his Sports Trophy from the Hon. William McMahon MHR, Minister for Air (and later Prime Minister of Australia) at the Wings parade at the RAAF College, Point Cook, Victoria. Cranston was killed in action over North Korea on 9 March 1952 as a Pilot Officer (PO) flying with 77 Squadron RAAF.
