Portrait of 3427 Private (Pte) Thomas Mulholland, 7th Battalion, of Clifton Hill, Vic. A boundary rider and farm worker prior to enlistment, Pte Mulholland embarked with the 11th Reinforcements from Melbourne on HMAT Nestor on 11 October 1915. He transferred to the 58th Battalion and later died of wounds in France on 27 September 1916. He was aged 21.
