Studio portrait of 3387 Private Leslie Claude Dallas, 56th Battalion of Goulburn, NSW. A billiard marker prior to enlistment, he embarked with the 9th Reinforcements on HMAT Anchises (A68) on 24 January 1917. He was killed in action on 8 April 1918 in France, aged 32.
