DPCU shirt : Captain J Goldrick, HMAS Manoora
Cotton Disruptive Pattern Camouflage Uniform (DPCU) shirt size 95S. The shirt has two breast pockets which close with concealed buttons. The embroidered name tape over the left breast pocket reads - 'GOLDRICK', whilst the embroidered patch over the right breast pocket reads - 'NAVY'. The shirt has two shoulder straps which are secured by a single button; both have attached a black embroidered captain's rank slide. The shirt is adjustable at the cuffs with fabric tab and buttons.
This item is associated with the service of Captain James Goldrick. Goldrick was the Commander of the Task Group (CTG) which included Manoora, Canberra and Newcastle. He and his staff were embarked in Manoora as required. As CTG he had command of Maritime Interception Operations in the Northern Arabian Gulf.
