Pfalz D.XII Scout Aircraft : Starboard wheel
Description
The starboard wheel from Pfalz D.XII single engine biplane scout/fighter aircraft, serial no. 2600/18. The wheel assembly consists of a plain steel one-piece rim connected to the hub with steel spokes. The hub is fitted with a bronze bearings for the wheel axle. The paintwork is a green layer at the edges applied over the original medium grey/black. There are no visible distinguishing marks, serials etc.
