"Capt Barrie Newman crossing CFL (Cease Fire Line) at PCP (Punch Check Point) on No Man's Land. Indian jeep in background with United Nations blue flag. Foreground Pakistan territory. Capt Newman, who was stationed at UN Field Station, Punch, drove the Indian jeep to the actual check point and crossed to meet Major Juan Toro (UN Milob Chile) who was stationed on the opposite Pakistan side at Rawalakot, to discuss ACFVs (Alleged Cease Fire Violations)."
