Studio portrait of 2nd Lieutenant (2 Lt) George Alfred Bentley, 13th Battalion of Waverley, NSW. 2 Lt Bentley embarked on HMAT Ceramic with the 21st Reinforcement on 7 October 1916. He was killed in action on 4 February 1917, aged 29. This is a photograph from Sister Imlay's collection held in the Private Records Collection at PR87/107.
