Front row, left to right: unidentified; 404859 Flight Lieutenant Colin Neil Campbell, DFC; 403197 Flight Sergeant Francis Edward Monckton, (later served with 12 Squadron, RAF) of North Sydney, NSW, (later killed whilst on operations over France on 3 September 1942, aged 21 years); and 404929 Pilot Officer Gordon Henry William Shaw.
