Circular woven cloth patch of the Australian and New Zealand Rotary Wing Aviation Unit, an element of the Multinational Force and Observers, (MFO) Sinai, 1982-86. The black badge has a green border, and shows the orange and black silhouette of an Iroquois helicopter over a map of the Sinai peninsula. Flanking the map are an orange kangaroo and kiwi. The words 'ROTARY WING AVIATION UNIT MFO SINAI' are embroidered in yellow inside the border.pain

Cloth patch worn by members of the Australian and New Zealand Rotary Wing Aviation Unit, an element of the Multinational Force and Observers, (MFO) Sinai, 1982-86. The donor was an American civilian member of MFO, and of its predecessor, the Sinai Field Mission (SFM), who received the badge as a souvenir.
